It's sad to say considering I have stayed here a few times but this place has really upset me. My partner and I booked one of the suites with a living area and thank goodness we did because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hall and in your room. After taking a shower I noticed the towel I was using had makeup marks all over it. Neither my girlfriend or I wear makeup and that's when we realized that not only the towel I used but basically ALL of our towels were reforleded and put back. On-top of this , there were things written on the mirror that were rather dirty. When I went downstairs, no apology or acknowledgement of the situation were made , instead I was huffed at when asked for new towels immediately since I would like to wash up again. The room itself was dirty, the tub was not wiped out and we even found some of that makeup on our bed and pillows :) breakfast was a joke but that was honestly the least of my worries. Upon checkout I was barley looked at and wasn't even asked how my stay was. That was honestly probably smart on their part because these were only the major issues we came across and there were so many more disappointments ..
