I booked 2 rooms both with King beds. My friends arrived first and checked into their room and when I checked in 30 minutes later I was told they didn’t have a king bed available and were giving me a room with 2 beds. There was no apology. When I got to the room it was an accessible room meaning the room further did not meet my expectations. If I am able to book a room with a king bed months before the trip, why is there not one available? Did you upgrade someone else? Do I get a refund for not getting the room I booked? Very disappointed.

It was good!

Our stay good! It’s was comfy and clean. We did our ritual scan through and check. When checking the beds we found food behind them. No big deal but maybe check behind things. Then go have a shower to not find out there’s 2 shampoos and no body wash. Well wash with shampoo it is haha! When telling the clerk to make sure they change that she says “ why didn’t you call us”. I said “ call you from the shower “. I was t getting out to request that. She said she couldn’t do anything for me as the manager wasn’t in.

The staff at this property are wonderful! We stayed for 3 nights and it was clean and a very pleasant experience. We had requested wine glasses and a bottle opener and although they arent licensed they went and found those things for us. We would absolutely go back.

Nice newer property. Typical Marriott. Always like that there is coffee available 24hrs. Location is off the highway behind a outdoor mall so need to drive to get to anything
