Magnifique Vue de la Caraïbe et de l'Atlantique

La Villa Laurent a été construite en septembre 2008 et est située sur Atlantic View. Il offre une vue magnifique sur la mer des Caraïbes et l'océan Atlantique avec la péninsule entre les deux. Le parcours de golf et le Marriott Resort sont situés au pied de la colline. Le choix de l'un ou l'autre des plans d'eau est disponible pour la natation.

Idéal pour regarder les étoiles. Il y a une brise constante. Les chambres sont spacieuses dans cette villa de 3300 pieds carrés, tous les appareils sont neufs. Il y a un patio à l'arrière pour les repas.

Voir les Caraïbes depuis votre lit dans la chambre principale. Il y a un téléviseur HD LCD 42 pouces dans le salon. Sols carrelés. Ceci est une villa non fumeur. Les restaurants sont à distance de marche. La plage est à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la villa. L'aéroport est à moins de 5 minutes.

Enjoyable stay

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this house. The House was much more spacious than we expected, and it was well equipped and everything was in good working order. Frigate Bay is perfect for a vacation in St Kitts, you can walk to the beach and golf course within 20 minutes, and lots of taxis in the area. No complaints and we would recommend it.

The home was very accommodating with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the sunrise

The pictures do not tell the full story of the breathtaking the view from this house. You will get to enjoy seeing the sunrise every morning. Everything was clean and well kept up. The home is beautifully decorated. The floor plan is large and spacious and well suited for a large family. We will definitely stay here again.

The cathedral ceilings are AMAZING! The property manager is right there if needed - and very kind. Everything is modern, very very nice, clean, inviting - I was astounded at how great it was. We felt like royalty. You can't go wrong with this house!

Villa Laurent in St Kitts

We are very pleased with our stay at Villa Laurent. The view is wonderful and the location convenient. What a pleasure to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view and breezes. We even saw some monkeys from the balcony one day. The photos posted do not do the property justice. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The building is well made and maintained. There are an abundance of restaurants and activities to enjoy. We frequented Reggaes Beach Bar and Grill in part to visit the monkeys but also the setting was on the beach and food was good. We also liked the Ritual Sushi and Caio Italian restaurants. We took a day trip to Nevis and had a private taxi tour of the island which was quite worth it. The Botanical Garden on Nevis was a highlight. We would recommend Villa Laurent and St Kitts to our friends and family.

Villa Laurent Friends trip

Property has a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, and a wonderful breeze. Our group consisted of 2 couples and one single; we each had our own room with ensuite, which was wonderful. The Villa was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed should you choose to cook your own meals. We only had breakfast in Villa and ordered in twice (Indian and pizza - both awesome) Walking distance to beach (one of our party did this); we rented a car so we could explore the Island. Great beaches close by; Frigate Bay and Friars Bay. Property Manager Velma was excellent; prior to our visit, Velma had made arrangements for our pick up from airport and made reservations for dinner on the beach strip; we didn't arrive until 7 pm and were not able to get our rental vehicle until the Sunday morning. Velma also made great recommendations on where to dine. We certainly would recommend Villa Laurent and will definitely stay there again.

Großzügige Unterkunft mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gräumig (sogar grösser als sie auf den Fotos erscheint) und super sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, jede Menge Geschirr und alles was man zum Kochen oder sogar Backen braucht. Super für Selbstversorger! Vom ebenfalls riesigen Balkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Atlantischen Ozean und das karibische Meer.

Two words "Tres magnifique"

Large, spacious property, beautiful bedrooms each with ensuite, Stupendous views out to the ocean and Marriott hotel below and a balcony that could easily hold 50 people. Location in Frigate Bay is excellent with aiport 7 minutes away, town centre 9 minutes, food and supermarket, 6 minutes... This place is spectacular.. The PM Lavern was awesome and went out of her way to make our trip enjoyable. Sitting on a lounger on the balcony on a warm, balmy Caribbean night drinking a beer watching the sunset..... As good as it gets...Recommend you hire a car... roads are excellent and easy to Navigate.. a few good eateries down by the Marriott which is not too far (7 minutes).. Back to the house.,. Massive kitchen with all utensils, laundry room with everything.. It's a shame they only have 5 stars available.

Views for Days

The house is spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. Our favorite aspect of the villa was sitting on the front porch drinking in views of both the Atlantic and the Caribbean while enjoying delightful tropical breezes. This is a great place to stay when visiting this lovely island.

Exactly as Described - Perfect!

Perfect location for my family (Mom age 80, myself, husband, brother and two nephews). Amenities, layout and pictures accurately described this home. Very well equipped kitchen (with fresh flowers on our arrival). Very clean and well maintained. We had a lovely time visiting with our daughter who attends Ross and would not consider staying anywhere else should we go back to St. Kitts. Wonderful birding from the balcony and the house is located in a lovely neighborhood.

Highly Recommend this Beautiful Home

This property is exactly as advertised, what you see in the advertisement is what you get and you get a lot! The views are incredible from the front patio and the house is very comfortable in every aspect. In our party, we had 6 adults ranging in age from the mid-forties to the mid-seventies and we all loved this property. Some of us enjoyed the 1.5+ mile walk to the Marriott or the beach bars, but the walking conditions are not great - you have to walk on the edge of a busy road (there are few sidewalks on the island). However, the taxi drivers are very friendly and relatively inexpensive - the average price was $3/person for a one-way trip. We met a taxi driver that we really liked and called him for all of our driving needs - I would suggest doing the same - you will get great service and the cost will be cheaper. When we return to St Kitts, we will stay here again!! Don't think twice about this property, stay here and you will enjoy all that St Kitts has to offer. Traveling note - you MUST know the property name and location for your immigration form - we scrambled through emails to find this information before we were allowed through customs.

Amazing House, Great Views, and Great Location

My family just got back from spending a week in St. Kitts at Villa Laurent. The house is amazing and I would highly recommend it. We were a family of 6 with two small children, and this house was a perfect fit for us. The owner of the house and his on- island manager were both very professional and helpful. The villa is in a great location and has breathtaking views of both the Atlantic and the Caribbean. It is only a short distance drive from the airport, getting into town, and from the beaches and South Peninsula. We spent a lot of time out on the large balcony. My children were thrilled that we got to see monkeys playing in the street and nearby trees several mornings. The villa is fully furnished and we found the beds to be very comfortable. We found everything that we needed in the fully- equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our "home away from home" and would definitely stay there again!!

Great House, Great Location and Terrific View

Our family of four adults booked this house for a week after looking at several other properties in St. Kitts. The Owner was very professional in his handling of the rental with us and offered many tips to us to help us enjoy our stay. He was right on target with his recommendations especially the tip on going to the fresh fruit and vegatable market in Basseterre on Mondays. We truly enjoyed that experience and found the people at the market and everywhere else on St. Kitts to be helpful and very friendly. The villa perfectly located with a terrific view of the south peninsula of St. Kitts and of both the Atlantic and Caribbean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the large veranda which is equipped with a dining table, chairs and a chaise. The constant breezes that St. Kitts enjoys made this veranda a very comfortable and popular place to hang out. The villa's location was convenient to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, airport, and rental car companies. The villa was nicely furnished and the kitchen was equipped with everything you will need during a stay. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the air conditioned bedrooms made for a great nights sleep. We also found the villa to be very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay in St. Kitts and would highly recommend Villa Laurent. The villa and St. Kitts.

Wonderful stay

Second stay at "Villa Laurent" for our family and the perfect accomodations on the island. A beautiful home with all the comfort and security to make us feel welcome during our week stay. This plus a spectacular view of both the carribean and atlantic from every room! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to St. Kitts. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful home, amazing views and a great location!

Six of us stayed at Villa Laurent for a wedding. The Villa is stunning, both the house inside and the views outside. We loved being able to cook breakfast and eat on the terrace overlooking both the Atlantic and the Caribbean. The house was more than spacious enough for this large group. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there was never a feeling of being crowded. The wedding party was at the Marriott with events in various locations throughout Frigate Bay. While it was too far to walk, a call to the taxi stand and a reasonable fare of $2 per person got us where we needed to go in no time. From an airport pickup to having the fridge stocked for us ahead of time, we were totally taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Villa Laurent.

Highly Recommended

The location and quality of the Villa make it a spectacular vacation get away. Perched high on a hill above Frigate Bay in an area of upscale Villas, the views at any time of day or night are breathtaking. The Villa takes full advantage of the never-ending heavenly breezes from the trade winds. We never even turnred on the air conditioning.The best weather I have ever experienced. The Villa is spacious with soaring ceilings, top quality finishes, large and comfortable furniture, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and an enormous balcony perfect for enjoying the beautiful views and weather. If you want a special treat call Nature's Touch, husband and wife massage therapists and take your massage on the balcony after sunset. Hard to concieve of anything more relaxing. Both the owner and his respresentative on the island make every effort to accomodate your needs. Several restaurants, and beach bars are within walking distance. The rustic shack bars on the Caribbean beach are fun and have surprisingly good food. If you want to go more upscale for dinner try Marshalls which is only a few minutes drive. For your business needs or internet surfing the Villa has wireless internet access and you can alslo go down to Rituals, a Starbucks-like coffee shop with free wifi. And of course there's the Marriot hotel which has a bevy of restaurants, shops and business center. All-in-all Villa Laurent is first class place.

Perfect!

We just got back from a one week stay at Villa Laurent and it was perfect! I liked the big, open living and dining areas and the high ceilings were beautiful. The villa is up on a hill and the views from the front porch are amazing! The house was very clean and well maintained too. The property manager was really great too and gave us good suggestions of where to eat and recommended a fun snorkeling trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Villa Laurent

There could not have been a better place to stay than Villa Laurent. Modern appliances, a/c, spacious rooms, and incredible views make this vacation rental stand out above the rest. Only being built two years ago it is in mint condition with a modern feel. The best the villa has to offer is the view. You can't beat seeing the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea at the same time. There is also a view of the Marriott Resort and the resort golf course both within a 15 minute walk. I highly recommend staying at Villa Laurent.

Awesome Trip

St. Kitts was a blast and made that much better because of the accomodations at Villa Laurent. It was extremely spacious and the kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. My favorite part was the balcony. From this balcony I experienced the most amazing views I've ever seen. It was incredible being able to see the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea at the same time. I highly recommend staying here.
