The property has several, separate rental units on it. All with a Welcome sign on entry door. We had a hard time finding the entry to our rental, until the host sent pics of our rental unit, which is built like a fort with high exterior walls. Pros: We were very pleased with the unit. It was private and quiet. The bedroom set up fit our family well. The beds were comfy; bedrooms nice. Big plus was the deck and fire pit area. Tons of games in the covered deck area of interest to both kids and adults ( did you see the pics?) plus hot tubs and a pool. This is what drew us to this place. And the kitchen was well equipped with multiple small appliances and nice large appliances. Only 2 cons: The dining chairs were frail and wobbly. Did not feel well-supported sitting in them. Needs brighter/better lighting in the living room and guest room. Overall, a great place for a family gathering!

This is the second time I rented the house. It is amazing. The pool and the games kept the kids of all ages busy. There wasn't one thing I needed that they didn't have. The outside kitchen and large table were perfect. No need to eat inside. The pool and hot tub made everyone happy. Response is prompt. My nephew left his phone and I was able to go right back and pick it up. Will definitely be renting again!!! Had so much fun. Highly recommend.

This rental was everything I wanted and more. The pool and all the games kept all of the family occupied and happy. The kitchen had everything I needed. Beds were so comfy. Sauna and weight room was a bonus and used. This is the second time I rented and would not hesitate to rent again. Amazing place!! So worth the cost. Hope to go back soon.

Every detail of the Serene Escape Villa delivered exactly what its name promises—serenity, elegance, and a true escape. We decided this is not just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel. Everyone in our family had something to engage and enjoy. From the pool, to the swings, to the massage equipment, to the games. So much fun is to be had here! We didn’t want to leave! We are already scheming our next booking later this year!

Couldn't ask for more

We had 3 families for our trip and it was honestly the best family trip we have ever had. So much stuff to do we didn't even have time to do all. But we tried! Only cons is I wish there was a more complete list of everything that is provided at the property. Also I wish there were more utensils in the kitchen. Honestly they are such minor cons and I'm only putting them so people know the review is real. We had the best time ever on our trip. Non stop laughs, fun, and entertainment.

SO MUCH FUN!!!

Really really excellent property with everything and then then some. Plenty of toys everywhere you look for kids, and also for adults. We had great adventures cooking BBQ in the smoker and grilling every day. Pool and hot tubs were great fun, and lots of stuff for relaxing too. Beds and bedding were also much nicer than expected. Very well maintained property with very friendly and accommodating hosts who helped us with all of our questions at every step in the booking and organizing our big group—and everyone was asking if we could come back again next uear. Thanks again for everything!!!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Our family (4 generations) spent a long weekend together here. It was such a wonderful experience. The owners thought of literally everything for a fun filled stay. The amenities and attention to detail was off the chart. They were very accommodating to any request we had and responded immediately. I can’t say enough or thank Amber sufficiently for making this such a special trip for me and my family. Can’t wait to come back!

More fun than we hoped for

Seriously ...YOU'LL NEVER FIND ONE THAT IS MORE FUN! Three generations of a family finding so many games to enjoy at the same time has got to be a rare experience. Indoor games. Outdoor games. Games the old-timers remembered from when they were kids. Games the old-timers learned how to play. Games the 20-somethings could play with their parents and grandparents and have a great time. We were there when it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the sauna or tank pool, so we'll have to go back next summer. Really looking forward to it. Lots of kitchen small appliances. Huge refrigerator. Washer and dryer. Big TV. Very nice place. You'll love it.

Great stay vacation

Great for all ages of kids they. This place had something for all the kids to stay occupied and entertain them selfs so I could relax. The kids loved the kayaks and making their own pizza. Shoot even I liked making my own pizza. Black stone came in handy for the big breakfast for everyone. The gym was a plus. well done and well thought of.

Great property for adults and children!

Our group had a blast on our trip! I cannot say enough good about it! Everything listed was exactly as described! The kids had fun in the pool and the adults enjoyed all the games and the hot tub. The indoor and outdoor kitchen areas were perfect! We wish we had 2 more days to stay and enjoy it longer! The host was very accommodating and friendly. Lirerally one text message away if we had any questions. Not far from grocery stores (H-E-B and walmart are 14 minutes away) We cannot wait to visit again!

We celebrated my older brothers birthday.

This property was amazing. We arrived and this place was everything we saw from the pictures that were posted. And more. The property was so well Kept. The house was Immaculate , clean , comfortably , every thing you could ever want in the kitchen. It was a great memory for all my brothers and sisters. You didn’t want to leave the house bc there was so much do and hang out together as a family ! We are making plans to go back in the fall for a fun long weekend

The beds that said they could accommodate adults were small and very uncomfortable. Everyone in them told me they were soar from sleeping on them. Other than that, the place is incredible. The best amenities I have ever seen, with hospitable hosts.

Well appointed rental and so much fun!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this rental. There is so much to do - we loved all of the games and outdoor activities. We all thought the beds & bedding were very comfortable, also appreciated the plush robes. The separate suite with its own entrance worked out perfectly for my brother who came to stay with us as well. We played, relaxed, made s'mores around the fire, and even saw some shooting stars. Highly recommend!

Awesome!!!

We plan on coming back! This place was so awesome! So much to do - never needed to leave the whole weekend! We felt so welcomed on our arrival and they checked to see if we needed anything!
