We really enjoyed the majority of our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in, breakfast, the casino, restaurants, and at security. Breakfast had a nice variety. The casino was fun even though we don't enjoy gambling. We had complimentary vouchers from the hotel that we used. The only hiccup was when we were hurrying to check out at 6 a.m. for our next stop on the trip and the elevator in the hotel section was down for repairs. It didn't change our opinion about the stay because everyone we encountered was great!

Rooms are as quality as Holiday Inn Express or similar type hotels. Staff is very attentive. Breakfast offers a very good selection, but occasionally it's too salty/cheesy. The casino is very clean and offers some free play for staying, so it's a nice perk. Restaurant is good, but snack bar was average. Safe parking. A good, fun alternative to staying at a regular hotel (much cheaper than Buffalo hotels and convenient for parents dropping off/picking up college kids). And the first few times I won enough for it to be free!

Easy parking, the hotel was on the 2nd floor, so need to access the elevators or escalator. Free breakfast was great, it was on the 2nd floor where the hotel entrance was and away from all the traffic of hotel/casino and not far from our room, the "breakfast guy" was very friendly and attentive and things were very clean, good choices, room was comfortable and satisfactory, would stay again
