Nice room, needed more air

Staff were really nice and the setup of the room was perfect for my needs. The room did get really stuffy really quickly once the AC was off and I would have preferred it if I could set it for below 19c, I was quite warm overnight. Pillows lovely but mattress a little hard. Shower lovely and shampoo smelt lush.

I have stayed at Z earlier and I have always loved the experience. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly for anyone wanting to stay in Bath. Just two things are that the rooms are tiny and so ideal for a couple at the most. I was staying alone. Plus if you are particular about having windows then you need to think and pick the rooms. Only downside is that the cleaning happens only alternate days so for those with dust allergies etc - you need to consider. Overall it was a fantastic stay in terms of convenience and the staff were really nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and things were pretty clean. The only reason I'm not rating it a full 10/10 is that there was a persistent musty odor in our room throughout the whole stay. Don't know what caused it. Everything else was good though, and our stay was reasonably priced.

It’s right in the centre of town so it’s very easy to walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful and stored our bags for us before checking in and after we checked out.

We stayed in 5 different places, the breakfast was the worst by far. Terrible seating. We requested a room with a window. We got a room that had a window on ground level that could not be left open and had to have shades down, due to the fact there was a walking path adjacent . This hotel is not suitable for anyone past 50. IMO.

The hotel is EXTREMELY difficult to find and access. It is on a street that is shut down each and every day from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, causing you to drag your luggage from a parking lot blocks away. The room was tiny, barely two people fit. My husband - literally - had to put his shoes on while sitting on the toilet. There wasn’t any space for our 2 carry on suitcases. We were constantly having to step over them. I will say that the service was excellent but we have never been in such a small room or had to deal with such frustrating access.

Loved it!

I loved everything about this hotel. The location, the staff was excellent - I forgot my laptop charger and they did everything they could to help, the room was clean. It was a little small, but it was still nice.
