The cleaning ladies left dirty rags in the room didn't leave cups for coffee. 2 people in the room and left 1 bath towel. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Was glad to be able to have coffee. 24/7 in the breakfast dining area.

It’s not clean

Room was filthy. This was the same exact room from my prior visit 3 weeks ago. The same grape jelly is on the wall near the window and all over the curtains.

The hotel was fairly empty when we arrived. We were given a room with the door that was propped open and literally right next to the pool. We asked about the noise and they said they weren't busy so it shouldn't be an issue. However at some point they went out to clean and were banging on the garbage can right outside our window. Also, after 5 minutes in the room, we had knocking at the door because our fridge was broken and they wanted to change it, hence why the door was propped open when we arrived. Not sure why we were given the one room they were working on when the hotel was empty. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am. At 6:10, there was no food out and they were still working on it and there were hardly any choices once they did bring it out. I would not stay here again.
