I had an amazing experience with the customer service! Daniel was incredibly helpful and understanding. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they were always ready to assist me with my questions and requests. I’ll definitely be back! I was visiting my niece at Southern University in Baton Rouge.

The staff was very welcoming as we entered the hotel. The room was very clean and welcoming with the lights turned on. The temperature of the room was very pleasant upon entering. The hotel was very convenient to our destination. The A/C was a little noisy when it came on, however, when it reached the temperature and cut off, it was quiet and we was able to sleep through the night. I would definitely stay again!

Near airport.

Excellent service. Clean modern. Included breakfast buffet could have had some hard boiled eggs, but overall good variety and quality. Need to reserve the free airport shuttle in advance or wait an hour for it to pick you up to go 1 mile from the arrivals area to the hotel. Hard to get an Uber out in the area near the airport, so maybe better to stay downtown if that is where your business is?

So relaxing

Hotel was conveniently located. Front desk staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Room was clean and refreshing. It was humid when we went into the room but an hour after lower the air, it felt better. The shower had great pressure but didn’t get as hot as I would like. Breakfast was great, cereals, oatmeal (with lots of toppings), muffins, breakfast sandwiches, potatoes, eggs, and breads. Great for a night but we would have loved to stay longer.

Overall stay was well. The a.c. units in rooms seem to not be condensing correctly causing water to leak and wetting up carpet. This issue in turn started to cause and odor in rooms. I must say once we brought issue to the front desk they never hesitated to do what they could to accommodate us for a great stay!

Trash out front, Door windows were dirty, door handles were broken, weird lobby smell and the floor was dirty, a simple mop and vacuum would be amazing. The room smelled humid. They just need to constantly run the A/C to keep the room fresh. Room wasn’t too bad, aside from the wall paper ripped from the wall and it looks like someone was thrown into it. The bathroom tile wasn’t repaired, just stuffed tissue in it to plug the hole. House keeping was my biggest issue, They knocked to clean, I politely said, not now come back later… After looking at me and trying to look in my room… they asked how long later? “
