Bathroom bottles were open and used. No wash clothes when we arrived. Housekeeping came and took all towels but didn’t replace them nor did they make beds. Only emptied trash and took towels. Nothing else done to room.

The hotel was clean and very pretty. The staff was cordial and friendly. Our room was nice-clean and spacious. The only thing that I think would be a nice addition is bottled water in the room. Many of the hotels we stay in anymore offer you bottled water as you check in or have bottles in the room. But that is not an issue to deter me from staying with you again!

This is the first time we have stayed at the Cook and was charged a parking fee. We also had to request towels after the room was cleaned and when using the pool because none had been restocked.

Free parking and nice room. Hotel is located around fraternity and sorority houses which was really cool to see. We stayed during the summer so things were very quiet and not so congested.

Service was excellent. Loved the location! Close to everything on campus. Only problem we had was the AC. We were on the top floor and the AC was pushing to stay 73. Luckily we were not there during the day.
