Welcome to Batz-sur-Mer!
Stay in the heart of the village in a charming holiday home renovated in 2024, where everything is within walking distance: Saint-Michel beach is 400 m away, the train station is 350 m, and shops and the market are less than 150 m.
This authentic stone salt worker’s house combines character and modern comfort, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy a secure private courtyard, ideal for outdoor meals, and an outdoor shower—perfect after the beach.
Just 15 minutes from La Baule, 10 minutes from Le Croisic and Guérande, and close to the wild coast and salt marshes, this house is the perfect base to explore the Guérande peninsula.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped semi-open kitchen/dining room (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, filter and French press coffee makers). There’s a table for 8, a lounge with two sofas, TV, storage, and a large patio door opening onto the courtyard. Separate WC.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), two shower rooms, and separate WC. A mezzanine offers a play area for children (games, books) and a travel cot.
On the top floor (attic), a family room has one double bed (160 cm, can be split into two singles) and two bunk beds.
Outside, the secure private courtyard provides a dining area and outdoor shower.
Street parking (blue zone from 15/05 to 15/09) and free car parks less than 200 m away. The Batz-sur-Mer train station is 350 m away, with direct trains to Le Croisic, La Baule, Saint-Nazaire, and Nantes.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge via the concierge.
