We just returned from a wonderful 3-week escape to Bay View Villa, and we're already dreaming of our next visit! Having explored Exuma on three previous occasions, we can confidently say this rental was a standout – truly the best we've ever encountered. Charlie's dedication to maintaining an immaculate property is evident everywhere you look, both inside and out. The villa is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is nothing short of spectacular, offering truly beautiful and captivating views. We loved the convenience of on-site car and boat rentals, and spending our days with access to kayaks, a gorgeous waterfront patio, and our own beach was pure bliss. Whether you're a solo traveler or planning a family getaway, we can't recommend Bay View Villa highly enough. It's a truly special place!

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The seclusion and quiet are just what we needed. I have never seen a more beautiful view of turquoise water. It was stunning. Charlie was a great host. The home was very clean. We rented both a car and a boat from Charlie which was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay again! A few tips: when you arrive, there is no water. You must either rent a car or call a taxi to go to the store to get some. Bring cash, a lot of it. Cars, boats, many restaurants only take cash. Bring bug spray. The no-see-ums are mighty.

Spectacular place and wonderful host. There’s also the cutest puppy who lives on the property, she’s the kindest, quietest, and most gentle dog ever. The waters are pristine, right at the edge of the yard, and the sandbars are so close you can almost touch them. Nights are quiet and surreal, the sound of the water gently cuddles you as you fall asleep. We also witnessed one of the most incredible full moons imaginable. An unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back.

The property was immaculate. Charlie and his wife were above and beyond hospitable. The house is well equipped, and the grounds are beautiful. Having a private beach as well as the kayaks to explore the area was fantastic for the family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and will certainly use it again myself.

This was our 7th time staying at Bay View and we enjoyed it as much as the other times. The house is clean, well equipped, and the views can’t be beat! Having the kayaks to use was great as we were able to kayak to the sandbar during low tide. Wifi speed is decent.Charlie is a great host and was very helpful with things we needed. He was able to hook us up with some delicious and fresh seafood. Thank you Charlie! We look forward to our next stay at Bay View.

Charlie is the most helpful and kind host. Everything was super clean!! This is very important to me and it was better than expected. The patio is perfect and the kayaking was a blast and so easy. We rented a car and a boat right from Charlie and it made it so easy. We will definitely be bringing the rest of our family back. Thank you for EVERYTHING Charlie. Also, our driver to and from the airport Douglas was extremely helpful as well.

2nd Honeymoon

Amazing!!The owner was so accommodating and friendly. We didn’t need for anything.The property was exactly what we were hoping for! It’s been 26 years since our first honeymoon (a cruise to Nassau), and this by far exceeded that trip. If you are searching for private seclusion to simply relax and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean, this is the place to be. However, with boat and car rental, you have access to more of the action on the island. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Paradise!

This was my second time staying at Charlie's place across from Man O'War Cay. My family of 8 rented both units and loved every minute of it! First off, Charlie's place is spotless. He and his wife take great pride in keeping the place clean and ready for guests. The location is great, about halfway between Georgetown and the beaches on Little Exuma. We explored lots of beaches in the area, but our favorites were right across the channel and over on Moriah Cay. We took out the included kayaks multiple times during our stay, which made exploring the Cays so easy. We saw lots of wildlife, sharks, rays, and turtles right from the patio on the water.I highly recommended booking Charlie's place for your vacation to Exuma!

Best Property in Exuma

My husband and I have been traveling to Great Exuma for 20 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The property is in a perfect and gorgeous location. Charlie Rolle takes excellent care of the villas and the entire property. We could not have asked for a better view and accommodations. The Villa is spic and span-very clean. All of the kitchen and bath necessities were provided. Charlie is a friendly, kind, and responsive host. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. We will be coming back, as we have found our new home in Exuma - thank you and blessings to you Charlie!

This place was absolutely amazing, clean, friendly, and ample space and also everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Charlie is an amazing person that will take care of you no matter what your needs are. When we first got there, we did not bring anything to eat, and Charlie gave us food. There is a car and a boat for rental on the premises, which is extremely convenient. Private beach, and dock, which is amazing to see turtles and the occasional stingray pass by. The views are therapeutic and we came back home feeling like we had a great relaxing time. Thank you, Charlie. You are amazing.

Simply outstanding!

Our title says it all. Charlie Rolle and his Bayview Vacation Villas are simply outstanding! Do not hesitate to book if you are considering this Exuma location. The villa is clean and well equipped and Charlie is friendly and accommodating. Having the availability of a car and/or boat on site is a plus. If you want to experience the crystal clear waters and white sand of the Bahamas, this location cannot be beat! Thank you, Charlie and Tamika. We will be back!

Wow! Best Location with it ALL!

Where do I start! Booking was seamless! Host was timely and responsive with all my questions. Location is absolutely perfect- views of ManOWar cay and can take the kayaks on property right over and explore walking around the low tides of Moriah sea Park for MILES!!! Sand dollars and starfish are bountiful. Host has rental cars which makes it really easy to take the 20 min drive into Georgetown. We easily accessed Little Exuma all the way to Trooic of Cancer and took the 40 min drive to the northern point of Exuma. He has a small boat to rent as well making it super comvienient to spend a day on Stocking Island. The house has all the necessities to cook easy at home OR take a short drive up to Blu and have an amazing 5star meal!! Truly kind and helpful host, very knowledgeable and helpful- we felt at home in paradise and will surely be renting this place again! Did I mention CLEAN
