Urlaub ausgefallen

Die Ferienwohnung wurde 10 Minuten vor dem Check-In storniert, der Vermieter macht Fewo-direkt, dafür verantwortlich, Fewo-direkt schiebt die Schuld dem Vermieter zu. Nach mehreren Telefonaten stand fest, dass Fewo-direkt keine Alternative anbieten kann, ich sollte mir stattdessen ein Hotel mit einem sehr knappen Budget suchen. Da die in einer Mail aufgeführten Online-Portale keine freien Hotels mehr hatten, wurde mir nach weiteren Telefonaten versprochen, dass Fewo-direkt sich um eine Unterkunft bemühen werde. Ich habe bis heute (eine Woche nach dem Urlaub) den versprochen Rückruf nicht erhalten. Mit Hilfe der Tourist-Information vor Ort konnten wir zwei Zimmer für jeweils eine Nacht bekommen, eins davon außerhalb der Stadt. Wir hatten kein Auto zur Verfügung und die Wanderung dorthin war wenig erfreulich. Nach zwei Tagen sind wir in Ermangelung einer Unterkunft für die Nacht wieder abgereist. Die geplante Rückfahrt wäre entsprechend der ursprünglichen Reisedaten später gewesen, so dass wir gezwungen waren 300€ zusätzlich für ein Busticket nach Deutschland zu zahlen. Statt einer Woche am Strand haben wir also zwei Tage telefonierend vor der Tourist-Information, in der Tourist-Information oder auf dem Weg zu einem Hotel verbracht, und hatten sogar noch zusätzliche Kosten, da die Rückfahrt nicht wie geplant stattfinden konnte.
