Guests can enjoy the mountain summer from their apartment terrace or balcony, or relax on the large shared terrace by the stream, which includes loungers and a barbecue area. For children, there's a playground with a swing and sandpit, while adults can unwind in the Finnish saunas or infrared cabin after an active day. The Bayrischzell alpine outdoor pool is just a short walk away, and nearby lakes such as Schliersee, Tegernsee, Chiemsee, and Thiersee offer refreshing swimming opportunities. The apartments are identical in design and will be assigned upon arrival. Each features a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining area, as well as a balcony or terrace.
