Great ocean front condo end unit with partial ocean views. Unit is light and bright and all on one floor with no interior stairs. Newly renovated, with new kitchen and baths and new flooring with some new furniture. Condo has life guarded pool and clubhouse. Walking distance to activities and shops. New 42" TV for the living area, each bedroom has a TV also for the family. Owner provides comforters, but no pillows. $150 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
