The condo features a huge master suite with jacuzzi on the second floor of one of the only townhouse style units for rent. Newly decorated by an owner with an eye to detail. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and can sleep 8 people. Central air and assigned parking. Swimming pool, club house, outside showers and private walkway to the white sandy beaches of LBI, Walking distance to everything Ship Bottom has to offer, Ice Cream, Pizza, Donuts, Miniature Golf, and so more, Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use. Locker number is 30 by the pool and there is no lock on it.

Cash deposits required up to $130 for Parking, pool and beach passes, refundable when all passes are returned at check out.
