I'd really rate this hotel a 4.8/5. It was almost perfect! Only dings are for not having a sheer curtain behind the blackout one. Being on the 1st floor right by the pool you cant really have your curtain open for natural light without everyone being able to see in. Sheer curtain is necessary. Other ding is for not having a 2nd end table for the other side of the king bed. Otherwise, it was everything my boyfriend and I needed. The AC was strong, the small oscillating fan was amazing to have, the keriug fits the standard pods we brought from home, and the bed was nice and firm. Would definitely stay again.

It appeared that my room hadn’t been serviced since the previous season. The shower flooded my room, garbage was found in the trash bin, the creamers for coffee were expired and spoiled. They don’t staff the front desk in the evening so you have to swipe your room key for entry. I was left outside the hotel because the system malfunctioned. This happened twice. I requested compensation in the form of a free night and was denied. I was offered a late checkout…… which I found insulting. This is an overpriced hotel that I will never step foot in again.

Our stay was amazing. The rooms are updated, clean and spacious. The pool area is so cute, and the pool is heated. It’s only a short walk to the beach. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend The boulevard, we’re already trying to visit again.

There was a group of very young adults here the first day. We tried to be patient and understanding because it was a holiday weekend but by 11pm the party was still going, the door was slamming every few seconds, boys were fighting, a girl was passed out in the common area, and a few other things I saw but I’ll just keep the details to myself. I did take photos of the common area because we couldn’t believe this was being tolerated. It was upsetting I spent over $1000 to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday here, and we got no sleep. There was never an apology or an attempt to make things right for us- which is all I really wanted. This was our 5th time staying here (including pre-renovation) but I can’t see us coming back, sadly. The staff is kind overall, we just wish they handled this situation more professionally, and didn’t identify that we complained (I watched through the peep hole as they told the kids to keep quiet because we were complaining).

We loved this hotel! Especially the 2nd fl gaming part! We conveniently located to all the stuff we wanted to do! The woman at the desk was amazing! Very polite and friendly and she made the check in very easy. We definitely stay again next time in the pool side! A little loud on the street side.
