Welcome to 43 N 11 St, This is a Friday check in and out. This fun filled vacation home awaits you on an ocean block. Reversed living and only steps to the beach. Open living concept with plenty of room for entertaining guests and family. From the top floor you will find a spacious kitchen which flows into the dining and living room with decks. On the first floor you will find a mud room, 4 bedrooms 2 current twin beds will be changed to 2 Pyramid beds in the spring. Twin over full and access to the yard which offers a tiki bar, outdoor kitchen and landscaped yard with an inviting inground pool, heat can not be guaranteed due to occasional wearing of parts and untimely replacement. Up the sky deck you will see panoramic views of the island. A great place to lounge and entertain. (no unaccompanied children please.) families only, no groups please. Owner offers a reduced security of $500 with damage insurance or a full security of $1500. OWNER EXPECTS TENANTS TO TAKE THE DAMAGE POLICY DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF REPAIRING POOL PARTS IF BROKEN BY TENANT AND NOT TAKEND FROM SECURITY. MUST SIGN POOL ADDENDUM .



Tenant is not allowed garage code. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.
