Property wasn't like the pictures. Hair stuck to the sheets, stains on the shower curtains. Burn holes in the comforter (non smoking room). Look like homeless people sitting by fence. Not at all what we expected from the pictures on Expedia. Wouldn't stay there again. The desk personnel were really nice!

The hotel wasn’t bad for the price. It was a little dated in its setup. It felt more like a Motel 6 than a Best Western. The room did have a musty smell, which is the main reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I did not stay in this motel as I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong aroma of cigarette smell after I reserved a non smoking room. I did NOT stay in the room more than 10 mins, I left the premises and rented a room at a DIFFERENT motel

Checking in went quickly. But when we were going to our room, there was a group of people in the parking lot BBQ. Which would make anyone uneasy, especially older people. Also once in room, noticed bathroom did not have handicap bar, which in my opinion should be in all bathrooms in hotels. And sometime after 1am, there was random person knocking on doors. Checking out, clerk was no where to seen. We waited over 5 minutes just to check out.

The older lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude and gave me a hard time at check in. Eventually we get our room & noticed puddles of water on the floor thinking it came from them cleaning. Then we set the a/c down in the room because it was so hot outside & left to our family function. Came back a couple hours later to the floor being soaking wet. The maintenance engineer came & said it was floor sweat from us having the a/c on & the door open as he proceeded to lift the tile. The night auditor got us a new room which was better but still had a few issues.

We booked blind not knowing the area as we just booked to have a place to lay our heads while on a road trip. the pictures are not the same as to what you get. the area is not the best but easy highway access but the most noticeable thing is when we parked our car the parking lot smelled like pee!! we ended up with a smoking room. given it was my fault, somehow I mistakenly booked a smoking room and it was terrible but after hauling all our things up to the second floor with all the sketchy characters in the parking lot and outside the rooms we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the room to even attempt to correct the issue. so we endured the smell the whole stay. wish the front desk person had been more communicative and confirmed with me what i booked so i could corrected it there but he just ask my name and threw me key and that was all. the bed had popped springs and was sunken in, in some spots. the bathroom shower curtain was dirty and the floor to the room was disgusting. i could sleep at all with the constant traffic coming through our neighbors room. they had people coming through knocking on the door throughout the night. this place was give such bad vibes my spirit couldn’t even let me rest easy. especially traveling with our son i just felt uncomfortable the whole night. i would not recommend.
