The hotel in room were nice. However, the door would not close, but the staff did upgrade us to a suite since the hotel was full. The pool was nice however there was so much chlorine in the water. It was cloudy and literally burns your eyes. It also left a white skim on your skin once you got out of the water.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The door wouldn't close or lock, so I had to pile furniture against it to keep it shut. The front desk refused to provide a different room, and there was a family reunion taking place, with kids screaming in the hallway for most of the night. To make matters worse, they charged an extra $56 for reasons I still don't understand.

We paid for 2 rooms -- 300.00 each. The rooms appear to need remodeling. We turned ac down to 72 and the cooling unit made a banging sound. The housekeeping supply room was located next to our room, door open showing a dishevelled mess. The front desk check-in and help was great.

My first room had dirty toilet tissue under the bed. I was apologized to and given a second room. The bed was made but when I pulled back the comforter the sheets were dirty. The third room was much cleaner, but smelled like smoke. There is a very obvious housekeeping problem at this hotel.

Room was very clean, updated and spacious. There was nice shampoo conditioner, shower gel to use, and hand soap. The breakfast buffet was very affordable with a lot of options. We will stay again if we are in the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
