Easy access off the interstate and very hospitable staff, but the room left a lot to be desired. Definitely would not stay more than a night traveling and honestly, would not choose here again. Sheets were dirty and there was mold in the shower.

The hotel room was hideous upon arrival as there were chips in the beds along with unchanged linens. We requested a refund with the hotel staff in which we were "granted;" however, the staff would not provide us with a cancellation/refund confirmation number which presented problems with this company. We requested a refund with this company in which we were told that they would resolve the issue in 72 hours; however, they never reached out to us with assistance. Overall, it was a truly horrific experience.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, there was visible dust, and the bathroom didn’t feel sanitized. It definitely didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were extremely limited and consisted mostly of unhealthy items like pastries and sugary cereals. There was very little variety, and no healthier alternatives were offered. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again unless major improvements are made.
