Clean, sleep well but pay the price

Arrived at 8pm, long line for check in, girl at front desk did excellent job for customer service but was the only one there working. She was trying to check in and take care of issues at same time. THIS TRU NEEDS MORE STAFF AT NIGHT. Got to room and tv would not come on during March madness so had to go back down and wait in line to ask about tv not working. She said multiple times that kids plug in all their accessories so I need to check all the connections because they don’t plug everything back in the way it should be. After trying to get behind the mounted wall tv was able to find cord disconnected. She was right! Bed and pillows were average comfort. Slept well but run the fan as the hotel is right off the expressway and can be noisy. Best part of everything was the breakfast, lots of choices and even gluten free options. For the price this place could be better, the girl at front desk needs help at key times. Overall B grade.

Bright and welcoming. Comfy beds and soft sheets. Appreciated all the hooks in the room and bathroom for coats, towels, dog leashes. Breakfast was fine but one single counter made it congested while waiting for toast, pancakes, etc. stations would be better. Staff was pleasant with the exception of the man checking me in who mentioned that the new Fairfield hotel in the area was taking forever because the Indians were involved - the ones from New Delhi not native Americans. The Indians, he continued, make everything take longer. I wasn’t sure if I should tell him I didn’t ask for his opinion of people from India or if I should call him an ignorant racist. I hope someone on your management team tells him how inappropriate his comments are.

Clean and Comfortable

From check-in to a functional bathroom that offers the user a steam-free mirror after a shower. This hotel offers the conveniences of home even if you forget your essentials as the front desk carries those pertinent items. The room was clean, bed comfortable and fluffy pillows. I’m definitely using this chain again.
