terrible service - not friendly - not professional
"Reservation confirmed. Arriving at the reception: "unfriendly staff, explaining me... No reservation available!"
They are not professional, guard sitting in front of entrance, playing on his phone. Reception-personnel hardly know to handle the keyboard of the computer."
