Quite disappointing for a 4* room

Pros: Good location, room was big enough and quiet, beds were comfy
Cons: The carpet on the room was not vacuumed / the minibar was empty (only vibrated condoms available, no drinks!) / the breakfast was a disaster - cold food and we had to ask multiple times for refilling basics such as coffee and juice / the swimming pool opens only at 10am (one reason we booked it as we like to go swimming prior to breakfast)
Location: Really close to Fragrant Hill so quite a nice location for a short get-away trip from Beijing
