Noisy and not very clean

The public areas of the hotel are lovely, it’s a good location and staff are helpful. The room however was sub standard - the towels were full of stains, the bathroom was awful (full of mould, limescale, rust all over the taps and shower head, yellow spots covering the ceiling), the furniture in the room had lots of marks/stains and chunks taken out of the wood, plus the bed/pillows weren’t comfy at all. Lastly, it is SO loud..all through the nights there were couples shouting and banging, TV’s blaring and doors slamming. The view was shoddy as well. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again.

Poor food. Bad bar service

Terrible bar service, waited 1 hour for kids meal. No cutlery or napkins when food arrived. Another 5 min to get them. Poor breakfast selection of you don’t want to eat a fry.
