Okay…

Receptionist had very little English so communication was difficult. Took 3 attempts of returning to reception for room key to work.. Stayed as last minute plan as translink cancelled all buses and trains due to storm Amy. Was handy to bus station.

Great!

Fine hotel in a great part of the city, very central to everything. The walls are very thin so we could hear the person staying next to us on the first night, but only until around 11:30pm. Otherwise, no complaints about noise. Beds were fairly comfortable, hotel seemed clean, staff was friendly.

Comfortable stay in a really central area of the city. Hotel was well equipped and staff were welcoming and efficient. The only downside was sometime after midnight when someone briefly tested the fire alarms. Other than that, there was no distance at all

Top floor rooms very noisy

We had 2 rooms on the 7th floor so top, there has to be generators or a heating system on the roof, because the noise is horrendous it’s constant all night. Online as well it’s sold to you much better than it actually it, on the plus side great location.

The property was well situated for the city centre, the staff were excellent and the the room was clean. There were no breakfast/dining facilities at the hotel and the outside area felt run down.

Neither of us used the shower at this location, which says a lot. The place looks like it’s falling apart. Bare bones, no shower/conditioner/bars of soap, just a general soap dispenser in the shower. The area was convenient and walkable but noisy. Close walking distance to the train and cheap, which were our priorities for a quick one night stay,

Good location and only a 10 min walk from Belfast Grand Central Station and also where the Airport bus comes into. I was there for a 2 night stay, plenty of restaurants, pubs and takeaways very close by also not far from the shops room was comfortable clean and a checkout time of 12 midday

Great location for trains and busses. Great location for tour bus to Giant's Causeway (pick up about a block away) and fantastic place to leave our luggage before the tour. Highly recommend!
