Nestled on Belgrade Stream, just half a mile from Lake Messalonskee, this four-season waterfront retreat offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. With 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Located 10 minutes from Augusta, it sits on a tranquil hillside with an acre of private pine forest. The dock is perfect for boating and fishing. In winter, enjoy snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, or relax by the cozy fireplace with water views.

Nestled on a tranquil hillside and surrounded by an acre of majestic pine trees, this retreat offers unparalleled privacy and a true immersion in nature. Explore the nearby trails by hiking, biking, snowmobiling, or snowshoeing, or enjoy ice fishing and boating right from the private dock. Relax by the stream and soak in the serene surroundings, and end your day with a cozy fireside experience, either at the waterfront firepit or by the indoor fireplace. Whether you're seeking adventure or tranquility, Big Pines Cabin on Belgrade Stream is the perfect destination for your next getaway.

Welcome to our inviting, sunlit waterfront home, perfect for your next getaway.

The first floor features an open-concept design with cathedral ceilings, a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. A loft off the living room offers two twin beds and space for an additional queen air mattress, which we provide.

Downstairs, you'll find the laundry room and two bedrooms, both with stunning waterfront views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a couch that folds out to a twin bed, and a half bathroom. While the guest bedroom also has a queen bed.

Great Weekend

Was a great property. Kitchen was great and functional. Had everything we needed. Having the girl made cooking super easy. Kayaks were used each day for fishing adventures. Loved having laundry on site. Fire pit was perfect end to the weekend. We have some great memories to share for years to come!
