I couldn't fault the area; it's by the Fort Street Tourism Village so it's close to all the amenities as well as the water taxis to get you to the two main islands. The hotel felt a little "clinical" but nevertheless, it was very clean. My only disappointment is that airport transportation was arranged through the hotel but they did not wait for me as they said I took too long! However, this was a busy Xmas period with a complete full immigration hall of passengers and you have to go through three separate security points before exiting the building. No message was sent to me that they cancelled this service so that's a red cross against their name. A complimentary fruit bowl was provided in the way of an apology but mud sticks!

I love the room design, modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was kind and accommodating. This hotel is conveniently located with the marine terminal in walking distance, walking path by the lighthouse, and a few dining options.

Very nice hotel. Reception was nice and check in easy. However I had booked 2 rooms back in August yet in Jan, 5 months later I had one room on 5th floor and the second on the third floor. Should have had 2 on same floor. Also pillows exceptionally high and they did not have any regular lower pillows so sleep was difficult trying to find an end of the pillow

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The air con is loud and blasts cold air at the bed all night. We blocked it with decorative pillows. It was hot and muggy so we appreciated the cold air except for the air blowing on you as you tried to sleep. Restaurant was ok. It was obvious the food was precooked and reheated. Tuna steak salad was not good - the seared tuna steak was cold and slimy. The octopus tapas was the best thing we ate.
