Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was easy. Amazing views. Be prepared to get your steps in! Hot tub worked well and pool was clean. Again incredible views, can’t stress enough. Would love to stay again next time I’m in Bellano!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Durch den Self Check in konnten wir ohne Probleme auch nach 22 Uhr anreisen. Die Wohnung sowie der Außenbereich waren sehr sehr sauber. Auch mit einem großen Auto war das parken kein Problem. Das einzig negative ist die Putzgebühr die leider nur sehr sehr versteckt genannt wird. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen gerne wieder.

Bella vacanza. Molto facili le procedure di prenotazione, check-in e checkout. Ottima vista panoramica sul lago e ottima la zona comune con la piscina. Da segnalare che la casa prende sole quasi tutto il giorno e può essere parecchio calda. Per il resto tutto ottimo. Consigliata!
