Pros- This was a really nice place to stay for sea feast weekend. Located right off the freeway with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. (although I take the car plenty of disabled parking available. Unfortunately, the disabled rooms were not available so I ended up in the standard room which I knew in advance. The toilet was incredibly low, but there was room to get the chair in. My son’s bed was near the air conditioner/heater and was firm. Mine was near the bathroom and I nearly sank to the floor on it was so soft. Water pressure was fine. Soap and shampoos provided. It was clean. Front desk staff was laid-back and friendly. Cons- had to get help twice for the toilet and it never was completely flushing correctly by the time we left. In order to latch the front door you had to lift it up by the handle in order to line up the hinges so it would fit in the door frame. Made it very difficult to lock the door, but I had a 450 pound wheelchair blocking the doorway so I wasn’t too worried but definitely something I hope that can be resolved. The tall mini freezer fridge unit was completely iced over in the freezer so it made it difficult to fit anything in there, but at least I knew it got cold. Breakfast was lots of bread, fruit, yogurt, sausages, and hard-boiled eggs and waffles. Not too shabby, considering what a lot of hotels do now. We appreciated it.

The front wss being repaired so we had to enter throught the side.Walked into the room, there was a musty smell and the carpet was dirty. Went to the front desk and requested a refund. I was informed that the policy is that they do not do refunds if requested within 24 hours of check in date. The pictures on the website did not do it justice, it looked nothing like it. It was terrible!

There were about two people in line in front of me checking in. The check-in process was very very slow. It took about 25 minutes with two people in front of me in about 10 minutes with my check in it shouldn’t be that hard.

The Bellis Fair mall was very close we enjoyed the shopping. A very quiet place with very pleasant and comfortable rooms. We were happy that we had satellite TV with close captions including many channels. A/C and heating made our stay very comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The carpet was moist walking in, the ceiling above shower was broken. The room smelled of urine. My husband looked under bed due to door being open to check for anything and there was garbage and rolled up toilet paper under. We arrived super late and it was the last room as we were just passing by. Not worth it the beds were like laying on the floor with flat pillows.

Was very disappointed on our stay. It was only for a night, however, when we got to our room it smelled like stale smoke mixed with damp carpets. Very unpleasant. We could hear the people above us and beside us clearly. In the morning, when the people above had a shower, the noise radiated down to our room waking everyone up. Not soundproof whatsoever. Not work the price we paid.

Fridges didn’t work, rotten eggs in my room and a clump of hair in the bed! Maintenance barges in my room without knocking or saying anything! Definitely not a good stay but, I got what I paid for. Cheap room for poor experience.

This is a typical you get what you pay for room. Although it was not filthy, it did not feel clean to me. Walking down the hallway there are smells of food being cooked, so I think this hotel allows long term stays. The breakfast left much to be desired, with cold cereal, waffles, and a few pastries. Road construction made it loud and tricky to get into but that is not to fault the hotel in anyway.

Went up to the room, found several long strands of dark hair on the mattress, and the room reeked of cigarettes smoke. (supposedly a non-smoking room.) I checked out immediately and I am asking for a refund.
