Front desk person was friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable and our room was very clean. We are surrounded by lots of dining and shopping options. The only downside was our shower didn’t work, my husband looked at it and there was a hole in the hose. If we had discovered this last night, I’m sure they would have found us a different room but we are on our way to an event this morning.

One-night stay in king room

Stayed for one night in a standard king room. The bathroom was a little run-down, but it was clean. The bed itself was, again, maybe a little old but the sheets were clean. The other two chairs in the room were decidedly not clean. The easy chair and ottoman were both stained, and the desk chair had several different types of stuff on it - some looked like food maybe? The AC worked and was ice-cold (huge plus), there was a pretty big fridge and a small microwave in the room, and the expanded cable was nice. I didn't have breakfast the day I checked out, but it was fairly busy - suggesting it was decent. The standout here is the service - I actually only dealt with one young lady there for both check-in and check-out, and she was super polite, fast, and helpful. I was able to get an early check-in and extra towels without issue (obviously not guaranteed, especially the early check-in). Ultimately, good stay and despite the sort of yucky chairs, I would return.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Floors were sticking and filthy dirty. Room Coffee pot doesn't work. No shampoo in dispenser. Room chairs were filthy and stained.

The fridge froze all our food and had no knob to adjust the temperature, there was no toilet paper dispenser, the shower didn’t drain, the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on, there was no decaf coffee, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work very well, nobody cleaned our room the entire three days we were there
