All was well till check out.Called down as wanted to go for breakfast and check out by 12.Was told there was a 20.00 charge for this. I was amazed as have never been refused on this and travel alot.At the desk,the same employee was dismissive and her attitude was could not care less.We probably will not be back.

Great night at the Silver Reef. Beds were very comfortable, black out shades were perfect for sleeping and the heat/ air cond was so much better than most hotels. Definitely will be going back.

It's clean, smells good, bright room with large windows, lights all work and are also as bright as you would like them . Water pressure is awesome, hot water almost on demand and doesn't run out. Adjustable room temperature for comfort. Staff are excellent!!!!
