The hotel very Good, but charge for parking not good and when I enter the room not clean , but the lady on the frondesck changing the room for me. Room service nice e Breakfast ! I recomend.

The hotel is nice but they need to improve

The hotel is nice. Unfortunately it's staff wasn't allgood. The first night we were welcomed by a rude employee. He confused our reservation, we had to move everything to another room, he didn't bother to help or even say he was sorry. Although the rest of the staff was kind, they didn't know how to speak english so it was really hard to communicate when all they know is portuguese. The breakfast was OK. The rooms were confortable. The hotel needed some work, it wasn't very clean in some areas.

Good staff but the hotel need some improvements...

I always try to stay at this hotel and I always have a good welcome from Alessandro at the front desk. Alessandro is one of the reasons I book this hotel and the other reason is the location. In the pass I had not really big problems, but this time I had few. 1) My room keys did not work at all and since I was at the 3 floor I had to go down at the front desk every single time... and this all the time, more than one time. 2) Also the room AC was not working well. But, because of the staff and location, I will book this hotel again, but I sure hope they make some improvements. Thanks!

Good location for the lagoon

Location was ok, but room was not very clean, cover on bed had something on it ( looked like snot /booger!). Only one small soap available first night . Maid did not clean bathroom at all , towels were not changed, dirty towels were picked up off floor and hung back up. Trash not emptied in room . Windows left open by maid so mosquitoes came into room. Breakfast was ok , typical Brazilian fruit and pastry, nothing to get excited over, somewhat slow to put out some items. For example was there for 20 minutes and as we were leaving they put sliced bread out for toast and they opened for breakfast 30 minutes before we got there. At least the rate was low - otherwise stay somewhere else
