O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Decepcionado com essa segunda estadia no hotel Metropole, toalhas rasgadas, cobertores com mal cheiro, chuveiro que não funcionava com o ar condicionado ligado junto, trocamos de quarto e foi pior ainda, devido ele não estar preparado para nos receber, para piorar pessima qualidade do café da manhã, com moscas pousando em cima dos alimentos.

Quarto péssimo , equipe horrível esse hotel não tem condições de receber ninguém . Tudo lá é Velho é quebrado . A recepção é ineficiente atendimento sem nenhuma boa vontade com o hóspede ,café da manhã horrível . Tudo lá é péssimo . NÃO RECOMENDO NEM PARA INIMIGO .

O quarto estava extremamente mal cuidado, com aparência de sujo, principalmente no banheiro! Entramos e nem cortina havia nas janelas, acordamos com o sol batendo na cara! Entrei pra tomar banho e quando finalizei percebi que também não havia nenhuma toalha. Como chegamos tarde, depois das 22h após um dia extremamente cansativo, nem tive coragem de sair para reclamar e solicitar um novo quarto. Também não havia nenhum cobertor! De manhã, o café da manhã além de pouca variedade, estava tudo absolutamente frio, gelado! Foi realmente uma estadia muito ruim e, anteriormente já havia ficado nesse hotel e não tinha tido uma experiência tão negativa.

Não possui estacionamento diferente do divulgado, não tinha toalha para banho quando chegamos, não tinha água mineral disponível para comprar, no quarto a única tomada disponível era uma no banheiro, não tinha um telefone no quarto que possibilitasse a comunicação e não tinha nenhum pano no chão do banheiro.
