Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Good value hotel in a central location

Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English.

Pontos positivos: café da manhã farto e gostoso e perto de um monte de comércio e lugares para comer. 5 min a pé do shopping cidade BH. O chuveiro do hotel é muito bom! Pontos negativos: ao mesmo tempo que a localização é um ponto positivo também é um negativo. Se quiser dormir bem e se seu sono for leve, escolha outro hotel. Tem muito barulho na rua, pessoas de rua ou bêbadas gritando de madrugada, barulho de ônibus (pois tem um ponto em frente ao hotel) e às 6h53 da manhã tem o sino do santuário de são josé (em frente ao hotel). A cama eu achei bem fraquinha também, ela tava meio bamba.

Pontos Positivos: 1 - Localização estratégica facilitando o deslocamento a pé pelo centro. 2 - Chuveiro com excelente pressão hídrica. 3 - Café da manhã variado e saboroso. 4 - Quarto espaçoso (o quarto econômico não é espaçoso). 5 - Checkin ágil. 6 - Roupa de cama suave ao toque. 7 - Cama confortável. Pontos negativos: 1 - Internet muito ruim (a internet é lenta e intermitente). 2 - Piscina não aquecida o que inviabiliza o uso em dias nublados. 3- Higiene/limpeza do banheiro (não estava sujo mas era perceptível que não se higienizava adequadamente o azulejo da área do banho e o box). 4- Ausência de manobrista para levar o carro ao estacionamento. 5 - Estacionamento fora do hotel que é cobrado a parte (R$40,00 a diária).
