Tivemos problemas com defeito na televisão e infiltração no banheiro, em razão disso tivemos que mudar de apartamento. Isso não foi nem um pouco agradável! Não posso, porém, deixar de parabenizar o serviço prestado pelos funcionários do hotel, todos muito prestativos e gentis.

Foi feita a reserva com pagamento no ato do checkin, porém, o hotel já havia debitado valores antes da chegada da nossa chegada. O quarto oferecido tinha porta do banheiro emperrada, janela sem tranca, cama com defeito, banheiro sem pendurador de toalha...box cheio de mofo e fungos.

Fiquei bem decepcionado. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava. Deram como solução nos colocar em um quarto que reservam que geralmente não ocupam e esse quarta era bem inferior. Era acessodo por escadas, ficava ao lado das máquinas do elevador (bastante barulho), a água minava do chão do banheiro, não tinha tomadas ao lado da cama e não limparam o quarto em nenhum dos dias. Não tivemos outra saída. Era aceita esse quarto ou ficar no calor. Tb disseram que n seria possível retornar ao nosso quarto original após manutenção do ar, o que não faz sentido nenhum.
