Overall, we had a good stay. The location and neighborhood were great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace.That said, the home felt a bit thrown together in terms of decor and could benefit from some updates and improved lighting, as it was quite dark inside. Cleanliness could also be improved a bit, and the cookware provided was fairly minimal.

Location was great. Easy access to downtown. Good size for our group of 4 people. -2 for furniture- well used. Blue chair very uncomfortable, so much so we didn’t use it. Dining room chairs stained & need steam cleaning. Touch up paint needed on walls & lightbulbs & batteries replaced. Propane tank for fire table lasted 30 min on 1st night. Rooms & beds were clean, but beds & pillows were uncomfortable. Pots & pans scratched & well used. Directions for turning on the heat would have been helpful as the temperature dropped low at night (which was fine) but we struggled to get it warm in the morning. Fireplace had some issues too. Couldn’t get it to turn on, then did & then it would turn off by itself. Minor inconveniences. I gave feedback to property management for things to fix. Check in was easy. The binder with information was helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to where we needed to be. Many stores and gas stations near by. The house was immaculately maintained and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The primary bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub!

Light out in the master bathroom also the shower handle was in need of repair. Very hard to get water temp correct as the handle rotated 360 degrees when it should not. Other than the above it was a decent house.

Nice place; great location! Comfortable beds, well-furnished kitchen (with lots of Pampered Chef items!) We used the hot tub in the evening to relax from the adventures of the day. Easy to find, close to the Old Mill area where we enjoyed some great meals and nice walks. Check-in and out were simple. We had a great stay. Thank you!

Great House, Invasive Screening Process

The house is great and in a good location - it’s clean, plenty of space, nice back porch/hot tub area. The only downside is the booking process felt quite invasive - multiple forms to complete, documents to sign - quite annoying. I’m glad the house turned out great, but reduced the stars because of the booking process.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little house in Bend. I liked that the primary bedroom had a door leading to the backyard. This was perfect for my puppy in the middle of the night. The location was great! There’s a little bit of Hwy noise when you’re sitting on the deck. It was a short drive to downtown. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because I don’t think the kitchen is stocked well enough. I wanted to make breakfast in the mornings for my family and there wasn’t enough pans to cook with.

Comfy quiet home with everything you need

The Haley house is a really comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood within quick access to downtown Bend. It has everything you need inside and the back patio/yard was really enjoyable. Would be good for summer or winter stay.

I Don't Give Five Stars Easily

I grew up in Central Oregon, so I know it's beauty and attraction well. My Husband and I wanted to share this with our 3 teens. I am proud of the growth over the last two decades.... despite the influx of round abouts. Okay.....about the house! This is THE PLACE TO STAY! The neighborhood is so quiet, but not to the point your kids can't freely play. The hot tub was so enjoyable, although it seemed to lack proper filtration towards the end of our stay. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a card and snacks, which is a wonderful treat after a long drive. We had one small maintenance issue while there and the property manager promptly addressed it. This is the place for us when we visit yearly. Take the chance and embrace the beautiful hospitality of this property. Pre-Christmas Get away

Family enjoyed a couple of nights away after school was out, before the hectic holiday season in honor of our 20th Anniversary . We enjoyed our separate areas while also having a large enough couch in the common room for all 4 of us to gather. The hot tub and TVs in the teen's room were a hit! Thank you for the cleanliness and space! We would have enjoyed some family games stocked, but did just fine without.
