Exquisite craftsmanship meets high design in this newly built Caldera Springs retreat. With nearly 5,000 square feet, this home offers all the space and amenities to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect. The luxurious finishes and furnishings and considerable gathering spaces make this the perfect home for large families, reunions, or retreats. Six Master Suites, with king-size beds, and a large Bunk Room allow 16 people to sleep comfortably.

The Great Room, with gorgeous vaulted ceilings, rustic beams, and views of the woods, has ample seating for gathering around the fireplace or enjoying a movie. The built-in cabinets hold games and books for all ages to enjoy, while the gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight. A Jenn Air range, double ovens, microwave, two dishwashers, wine refrigerator, oversized refrigerator and freezer, massive kitchen island with prep sink, dishware, cookware and serving pieces, will make meal preparation and dining a delight. The two dining areas provide seating for 20. Additional features of this home include:

• Open living room featuring a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, lots of natural light and ample seating for the whole family
• Upstairs bonus room includes flat screen tv, comfortable seating and hallway bathroom with double sink
• Stunning views of the Ponderosa Pines with a covered back patio that offers a hot tub, gas firepit, barbecue, and comfortable furniture

Could not have been happier with this beautiful house. Everything is in pristine condition, and the location is wonderful. The multiple master suites was perfect for our group. Will definitely return.

Perfect

We had a wonderful long weekend and this home was just perfect for what we needed. It is very large but doesn’t feel large. The 7 bedrooms are full bedrooms including baths and could be occupied by any family members and be happy. The large room with 4 banks was a favorite and including a the attached media room. Loved the fire pit each night and the sound system throughout the house is sophisticated and awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed and the great room was perfect for the many games we played. We would stay here again.
