Awbrey Lane 7 est une belle location ouverte sur un seul niveau avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et des poutres apparentes qui offre tout le confort de la maison. Profitez de 4 chambres (pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes) avec une grande suite principale contenant un lit queen-size, 2 chambres doubles supplĂ©mentaires et la 4Ăšme chambre avec un ensemble de lits superposĂ©s et un lit gigogne / lit double.

Cette maison est situĂ©e juste en face du parc Fort Rock, oĂč vous trouverez des terrains de basketball, de tennis et de pickle ball, des structures de jeu, un terrain de baseball, etc. AprĂšs une journĂ©e passĂ©e Ă  explorer les kilomĂštres de pistes cyclables pavĂ©es ou Ă  dĂ©chiqueter sur le mont. Bachelor, confortablement installĂ© prĂšs du feu de bois dans le salon accueillant pour regarder un film, jouer Ă  un jeu ou un casse-tĂȘte. Great house and location, especially for families with kifs

Good but could of been a little bit better

The house is very big and spacious and very nicely located for kids and dogs. But
 the house could of been a little bit more up to dated. With better mattresses, pillows, comforters, and sheets. (Amazon basic has all of those things for cheep and yet so comfortable) the pillows were flat and the blankets were thin
 no comforters. Also the tvs in the bedroom could use and update. (Roku tvs also cheep from Amazon and do wonders for kids!) For not having warm enough blankets we had to turn the heat up which made the rental very dry. We were all pretty stuffy from how dry it was, maybe even the central heater filter needed to get changed? 
 And other then that everything else was great, the kitchen and the bathroom has all the Basic amenities and again great location!

Many things in the home did not work well.

The carpet had been cleaned on our arrival day, and was still wet and stinky on Sunday when we departed! Never ever will we go back!

Family House

This house was just right for me and my extended family to enjoy our vacation. Plenty of room for the dogs and kids. Great large living room. We really enjoyed the fire place.

Bachelorette Weekend

This was the perfect house for us 5 girls! We had so much fun walking the trails all around the house! The kitchen was awesome to cook in. The living room had plenty of space to play games! The hot tub was a great perk!

Great Family Stay

We actually rented several houses in this cul de sac for extended family gathering. This house has a great layout and, of course, the hot tub is lovely, too, after playing in the snow.

Stayed at the property for a weekend ski trip at Mt. Bachelor. Very close and convenient location. Dog-friendly and easy check in process. Enjoyed have the amenities such as the hot tub and ping pong table

Nice poop!!

I have visited sunriver for 6 years and this was the worst house I have ever stayed in!! The beds are uncomfortable in every room! Internet wasn’t working and I had to call the internet provider to get fixed. Hot tub jets were terrible. And we found mice poop, and cleaned it up to have more poop every day! The maintenance person put mice poison out but left the poop for me to clean!

Master bed awful. Mattress has a giant lump in the middle. We barely slept.

Barbecue grill was broken. There were no matches or lighter available to get it started. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

Excellent Floor Plan but a few items need Fixing

The house was nice and a great floor plan for our family group of 6 but there were tacks from the carpet coming up and not being refastened that were right in a major foot traffic area that were sharp on our feet so we had to put a throw rug over it. Several of us stepped on it before we figured it out. This was also the case in the master bedroom. The fireplace was also broken. Closet door didn’t work and some little things like that too, but the rest of the place was wonderful, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of cookware and utensils in the kitchen and a lovely hot tub that stayed hot. We loved finding plenty of games to play, too. Overall, if the broken things are fixed, this is a wonderful place to stay!

love the house

we enjoyed staying at this house, easy access. location was great, nice open space around the house. open floorplan with enough seating for our party of 6. we would definitely rent it again. matrass on bed next to living room was uncomfortable, and we could not find any cutting boards. overall it was a great place to stay.

Good family retreat

This home is a great size for a family getaway. The living area is big and comfy. There were games, folding chairs, movies, bikes and more that added to the fun of the weekend. The hot tub is nice and partially covered, which made a big difference in enjoying it over the snowy weekend. The kitchen had everything you could need. Just a couple of suggestions that would have made this home slightly better. The beds are not the most comfortable, warning the master bedroom’s bed is crickey and hard. The house could use some overall updating, but it wasn’t too bad. Lastly, this is less about the home and more about the rental policies, the 4:30 pm check-in feels very late. Check in times seem to be getting pushed later and later. Overall, good value especially for a family group.

We loved it!

This house was perfect for us! Everything was clean + fresh, the rooms were spacious, it was kid friendly and right across the street from the park. The garage was stocked with bicycles and riding the many bike paths was our favorite thing we did here! The hot tub and ping pong table were great entertainment, the fireplace made evenings especially enjoyable, and we will definitely be renting this house again!

What didnt they think of?

Home is very nice and cozy. It has all the little details you could hope for like you would in your own home. Extra chairs, kitchen gadgets, games, books, extra pillows, ect and ect. I personally like to be closer to the village(less uphill on biking back home for the less in shape lol) and a little more privacy in the back(but that is a rare find n Sunriver. The home was so charming with a log beam in middle and master is tucked back. Plenty of Hot tub towls and some laundry soap. Furniture for most to sit on while being able to see them from the kitchen. We enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball table. We were caught in a pretty severe hail storm....made it quite an adventure. We left our dog bed on accident, darn it. Didnt realize until we got home. Oh, and the photography and pictures were really nice to look at. Thank you for sharing your home.
