Motel was nice, pool was warm and clean, great food assortment for breakfast. Only negative was carpets in the rooms are dirty, feet were colored after walking barefoot

I stayed here because I had stayed 5 years ago and it was convenient. Quality of the rooms has deteriorated. Weird mismatched personal amenities (I bring my own so not a big deal) but no hand soap, only given one bath towel so had to use hand towel to step on getting out of the shower, also only given one washcloth. Temperature control was old with no temperature display and I had to keep getting out of bed to adjust it. People rolling their suitcases past the room in the morning woke me up (I should've worn earplugs).

Bed was hard and noisy. Bathroom ceiling appeared as if it had leaked in the past. Dirty floors and sink. Plug to sink was broken. Lights next to beds broken light bulbs were hanging out of the sockets they worked but possible fire hazard. One night stay was cheep I guess you get what you pay for. Would not stay again.

My stay at Sugarloaf hotel was one of my best stays. We checked in late after a country music festival and the guy at the front counter was very kind and was quick to check us in. I’ll be back to stay here in the future! The price was also affordable when we booked it months in advance.

When we got to the motel the key didn't work so had to go to office a couple times, only 2 bath towels nothing else. Used coffee filter in the room, TV didn't have cable hooked up till after 6pm. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy or cold or hot cereal. Im on low carb and do not eat pork so went to McDonalds. NO EGGS? really? The room was clean and it had a good parking area. This place used to be great, really gone down hill.
