Welcome to our charming cottage located in Kennington, Bendigo. Come and experience this beautiful historic house with expansive gardens located in one of Bendigo's finest neighbourhoods. This Californian Bungalow style house has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, separate living room, bathroom (with bath and shower) and laundry. The best part of this house is the backyard which features multiple sitting areas for you to enjoy, plus incredible landscaping and lawns.
The Space:
Located on Mafeking Street Kennington, this Californian Bungalow style home will capture your attention with its charming exterior, carefully selected furniture and beautiful outdoor space.
The house features two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have clothes storage options and comfortable mattresses for a restful night's sleep.
While maintaining its Californian Bungalow charm, this house has all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. A variety of coffee pods, teas, milk and sugar are provided to get you started. Furthermore, a freezer should you require it is located at the back of the property. The dining space can comfortably fit all guests and is conveniently located in the kitchen.
Guests can find themselves at home in the spacious living room perfect for movie nights, a board game or reading a good book. This light-filled space is separate from the other rooms meaning you can sit back and relax with limited distractions.
This home has one bathroom inside with shower, bath and toilet making it the perfect place for all types of travellers including families with small children. There is also a toilet outside for added convenience.
One of the highlights of this property is the stunning, extremely large and luscious back garden. This garden has been beautifully landscaped with multiple sitting areas and spaces.
This house comes complete with laundry (with washing machine) and offers year-round comfort with central heating and cooling.

You can park your car in the driveway or on the street. The best way to get around Bendigo is by car, however, there are bus options and a central tram.
