Excellent transit hotel. The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The food was tasty, fresh and plentiful (both breakfast and the 24/7 snacks which are a very nice touch). And the staff were all very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Only negative is a lack of windows (the same quality of room but with outside views would be amazing). And one area for improvement is the rather slow check in and check out procedures (the staff did their best, but even 5 minutes is a lot when one only has a few hours between flights). But overall a great transit hotel and I would happily recommend and will stay again when next passing through Bangalore.

I was looking for functional place to stay the night and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a nice upscale place with nice decor, spotless rooms, huge bathroom, very nice lounge with food for quick bites. They also offered complimentary luggage delivery to and fro room and could order wheel chair to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself was great, clean rooms, nice ambience and excellent location. The booking process was not transparent at the time of booking, I only found out that we had booked the room for 4 hours upon arrival. I had to extend it and pay more. The options are now visible on expedia, however my personal experience has been a little disappointing for that reason.
