Fantastic stay with friends

Clean room lovely pool view. Fantastic shower. Food was lovely every night. One fault , the air con was set to 24 degrees, and wouldn’t go any lower. a bit warm even for us brits! 20 in the rooms would have been perfect.

Just checking out now after our second stay here, the staff are all very hard working, thank you to Silvin who kept our room perfect. The hotel caters for a gluten free diet which my husband needs due to being celiac, if I could recommend one thing, it would be the evening meal had a little more gluten free options, maybe an choice of pasta to add to the sauces on offer. The hotel is across from Jokers and although our balcony faced it, the patio door was great. Thank you

An excellent stay. The hotel was great. We are a pair of friends in our 50s looking for something quiet and classy during the day, but close to the nightlife. It didn’t dissapoint. We went full board, well worth it, the food is good. Drinks at meal times and around the pool good value. Small things that could be improved. During meal times the plates were cleared as soon as your knife and fork touched down. That felt quite rude at times. The elevators were noisy with lots of binging. We could hear it down the corridor, so must have been bad if you had a room closer. You don't expect to pay for a room safe. Not in a hotel of this quality anyway. We would 100% stay again.

Can’t go wrong with this hotel

Superb hotel, great atmosphere around the pool. Majority of staff are friendly and welcoming, just a male worker that sometimes worked the pool bar that clearly needed a career move but that didn’t dampen our stay. Food in the restaurant is brilliant. Already booked for next September.

Beautiful hotel from start to finish was treated really well. Nothing is to much trouble . Reception helpful on arrival explain everything . Cleaners really friendly and do a job restaurant off so much variety food is hot and tasty my partner is really fussy eater but we ate there everyday . On check was offered water .for our journey ..will definitely be staying again .

Hotel Presidente review

Hotel very nice, great entertainment, very clean and very friendly,lovely room but would be nice to have a few more english channels (sky news etc.) The only downfalls we thought would be that they do not replenish the tea/coffee facilities,the air could be a little colder, shouldn't charge for the safe at a 4star superior hotel but overall it was a lovely hotel and would certainly come again
