Private detached villa on large corner plot . The accommodation is on the lower floor but the upper floor will be closed and empty so you enjoy apartment living with a large well maintained outside space and private pool.
Reflurbished in 2019 accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans both with an en-suite shower/ wc .
Fully equipped open plan kitchen/lounge/ diner with air con , U.K. tv ( English language) and WiFi.
Outside you have a choice of where to sit and relax in the terraced garden and pool side .
French doors open onto a covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or step down to a large sunbathing terrace with loungers & umbrellas . A (gas) BBQ area with fridge, sink, washing machine and alternative dining area. Or take yourself to the shade of the palm and enjoy the quiet of your surroundings.

Hill side views with lovely sunsets

A 5 min walk and you have access to a large Pepe la Sal supermarket, where there is Electric car charging, a gas satiation , chemist, cash point, bars and cafes and good restaurants all within walking distance .
Directions/ map are in the house folder. Here you can catch the bus into Moraira town or explore Calpe.
To drive to Moraira town and beach ,Playa de L'Ampolla , takes less than 10 minutes on the main CV-746 road with several bars and restaurants and beautiful views on the way.
5 minutes drive in the opposite direction you will find the 2 secluded beaches Baladra and Advocat or spend the day in Calpe , a 30 minute drive.
A walk into town takes 45 mins downhill depending on how many refreshment stops you make on the way !
There are 2 secluded beaches within a 30 min coastal walk , Baladra & Advocat great for snorkling and refreshments. The coastal walk can take you all the way to Calpe !
Club de Golf Ifach , a 9 hole course situated in San Jaime is less than 10 minutes drive away .
