Holiday Home Marija with pool 6+2

Holiday Home Marija is located in the peaceful village of Buković near Benkovac and is an ideal choice for families or small groups looking for comfortable accommodation. The house comfortably accommodates six guests and can host up to eight guests in total (including children). It features three bedrooms – two double bedrooms, each with an additional baby cot, and one children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a baby cot. An extra sleeping option is available in the living room in the form of a pull-out sofa for two people.



For the youngest guests, a high chair, BabyBjörn bouncer, Ergobaby baby carrier, as well as a changing table and baby bathtub are available upon request.



The house offers two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a dining table, and a spacious living room with a TV. The entire house is heated via underfloor heating, while the living room and one double bedroom are air-conditioned. Right next to the house, there is a large children’s playground with a football goal and a playhouse featuring swings, a seesaw, and a slide, making this property especially suitable for families with children.



Guests can enjoy a 12 m x 5 m swimming pool with built-in hydromassage, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The property is set on a spacious 3,500 m² plot. A large terrace with outdoor seating furniture is perfect for relaxing in the open air. In addition to one garage parking space, three extra parking spaces are available in the yard.



Younger groups are possible upon prior request, while pets are not allowed.



During your stay in Benkovac and the surrounding area, you can visit the local museum, explore nearby cycling and hiking trails, or take a day trip to the sea. The house is located approximately 15 kilometers from the coast and about 35 kilometers from Zadar, making it an excellent base for exploring both the Dalmatian hinterland and the coastline.
