Lovely place. Relatively reasonable pricing. But the parking and hotel entry was confusing. The parking is so far to walk. Not hard for me but it was hard for my husband who is disabled with one prosthetic leg. The food choices in the hotel was limited as well though we ate in the Falcon Restaurant and we loved the cocktails and the staff was overly attentive and kind. I don’t know but I guess I expected so much more. At least a breakfast included in the pricing. The room was also kind of dated. It served its purpose for what we needed which was for business for one day in Bennington. It was clean and reasonably priced.

Just what was needed after phone died.

everything on this trip was going wrong until I got to the equinox. Expensive but worth every penny no better way to find peace when everything is falling apart. I walked in drenched because I was caught in a down pour while Mountain Biking. they let me bring the bikes to the room and the spa was just what i needed. great food and very welcoming.

We had a great visit to the Equinox. It feels like they have improved customer service and quality over the last couple years to the feeling it has when I went as a kid. Love the free coffee 24/7 in the lobby, the fireplaces going in the sitting areas, and cleanliness of the resort. I had a great massage at the spa, it really helped me to relax into a two night getaway. Our room was just a queen room on the first floor, very simple, but clean and updated. We got a great deal on it. We love the location of the Equinox to town and walked most places. We didn't eat at the Equinox this trip, but the hotel was bustling in the Falcon bar and tavern area. Overall a lovely getaway at one of our favorite places to stay.

The snow pile in our room provided evidence of just how cold it was and had i booked directly through the hotel, i would have been reimbursed. I would appreciate being contacted by expedia to get reimbursed at least in part. I have a picture to support the issue.

The townhouse that i booked showed pictures of beautiful bedrooms etc and the reality did not match. The house had 3 bedrooms as stated but they were all individual rooms that needed a key to enter. Our kids had to sleep downstairs from us because the townhome wasn't one entity. The townhouse was so run down and dirty. Everything from the couch to the broken window shades in a few rooms, the rug up the stairs was gross and looked like it had been there since the 70’s. The walls, furniture etc were scratched and should be thrown out. The housekeeping staff was nice but didn't really clean the rooms—they would make the bed and leave. This place needs to be completely updated down to the tacks. Also it was impossible to get food to the room. There was no room service. The parking lot & walking areas were like a skating rink. When i asked if they used salt etc to get rid of the ice which was treacherous to walk on. They said that only rocks were used which clearly wasnt effective. The spa experience was great. The two masseuses we had were amazing. I felt like we should get our money back since it was expensive and the description & pictures did not at all match the reality and the townhome was in such bad shape.
