The room was clean for the most part, but the smell of moldy, acidic bleach/cat urine was overwhelming and unbearable. We had to get out as soon as possible. We wondered if there was something wrong with the ventilation. Very unpleasant experience.

Smelly

I guess this hotel was passable. You can tell they clean it but I’ve never stayed anywhere that smells so bad of pet urine. The entire building smells like pet urine and our room smelt STRONGLY of pet urine. Luckily, we checked in at 1am, went down for breakfast at 7 and left. I considered sleeping in my parking lot in the car but the beds were surprisingly clean but the odor definitely made my family nauseous. The breakfast was also VERY below average. Waffles were the only hot breakfast item available. I paid $100 but others booked direct with the hotel for $50 that night. So, maybe it’s almost a $50 standard hotel but definitely not worth $100. I’ve stayed at many pet friendly hotels and never had a problem like this. Nasty.

Good enough to spend the night. We had a dog friendly room (traveling with our 2 dogs). The room smelled a bit like dog pee. Very noisy at night (hall traffic). Convenient to the highway but not many options for dinner.

Quality....NOT!

The room was rated a 9.6-exceptional. It was exceptionally unsatisfactory. The tub and sink were dirty and the sink faucet leaked all over the countertop. The toilet screached when it was flushed, the bathroom door was swollen and would not shut unless forced and then it was difficult to open....it was an unpleasant experience at best.
