The hotel is right in the middle of the city centre so you are very close to everything, yet not noisy at all. The staff were very friendly, efficient and we checked in and out with no issues. The room was basic but we picked the harbour view which was beautiful and the bed was so comfy. The curtains were also amazing, blocking out the morning light if you are after a lie in.

The hotel staff was excellent any time we had a question or request. The hotel is located right across the tourist information center and really central to all the shops by the pier. The area does get busy when there are cruise ships in port but we used those days to go explore elsewhere. The daily breakfast has a good selection of food to choose from and if you are departing early will provide you a box to take it with you.

A very nice property with excellent staff in the heart of Bergen. Good value for the price. Thankful for that as prices for everything else quite compared to Canadian prices. Great holiday and two night stay.

Great location, comfortable, large bedroom & would recommend the breakfast. A nice spread of buffet options and hot food. Also just a minute from the ferry fjord cruise we booked.

Fabulous breakfast bar! The location was ideal for tourists. My only complaint would be the tiny bathrooms and shower. The corner shower didn't seal properly so water would go everywhere. I'm American so I may be just used to bigger rooms and showers though. Overall though, I would come back. Actually this was already my 2nd stay there.

great location

good size room, comfortable beds. Right on the harbor which was a great location. However, the shower did not drain well and there was water all over the floor. We finally rolled up towels to keep it from getting everywhere. It had a fridge and safe.

Room a bit small but they all are in Scandinavia. But very clean and well organized. We only spent one night so just needed a place to crash; bed and sofa bed for 4 nicely made. The highlight is really the breakfast buffet. I have to say it is the best of all breakfast buffets I’ve had, including at American hotel executive lounges.
