Everything was very nice to include the breakfast. Easy access to transportation!! Quiet, clean, and comfortable enough for what we needed.

The Hotel was clean, modern and perfectly located with Museum Island and Alexanderplatz only a short walk away. The staff all spoke English and were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff were excellent, busily clearing away dishes and cleaning tables during the breakfast service We were under the impression that the bathrooms had no doors from other users reviews however this is not true as there is one door which can close on the toilet or the bathroom for privacy. The rooms have no tea or coffee making facilities within them as well as a comfortable chair to sit in and this was a bit of a frustration as was the lack of a safe although there are deposit boxes you can use at reception. We also thought that there was a restaurant within the hotel but apart from the excellent breakfast it only serves wraps, sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold drinks throughout the rest of the day and largely lies empty after the breakfast rush. However, the H2 Hotel is an excellent hotel and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

This property is well located to the main sites and transportation hub. It was a clean and safe neighborhood. The room was small, especially the bathroom. Excellent included breakfast. Overall, a very good stay.

Excellent location. Very nice breakfast. Room was in good condition. Nice shower, although mixer was unduly complicated. No tissues, water, tea & coffee. Pillows were not good. Insufficient neck support. We requested additional pillows which helped a bit. Room floor hadn’t been properly cleaned. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel was clean and nice. It was in a good location. The breakfast was also very good. The only problem was only one elevator was working and it only held 3 people so it was hard to get an elevator.
