Loved the room, the place in general and the staff. Unfortunately there was dirty towels in the bathroom, the oven hadn’t been cleaned and was covered in cheese that had dripped down, and previous guest must have broken a glass as I ended up treading on a piece and having to extract it from my foot. I did message via WhatsApp however got no response.

Maybe I didn’t notice but this is an apartment/hotel, so they only clean the room if you’re there 7 days (once every 7 days). That was a big drawback Otherwise place is very nice, staff is friendly, location is great

Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the river. Was very relaxing hearing the church bells. The rooms were very clean and included everything we needed. It was great being so close to the east side gallery and Uber Platz as we went to watch Hans Zimmer there. Great location and thoroughly enjoyed.

Perfect local

I arrived early and the receptionist found a room for me really quickly. My room was clean and had everything i needed dueing my stay. There are many restaurants literally outside the hotel, many different options. I really enjoyed my stay and will book again.

One lift was out of service, but other than that our stay was great. Within a 5 minute walk from the train station with links to everywhere. A 5 minute walk from the Uber arena with lots of restaurants, a shopping centre and supermarket. Also 10 minutes to the Berlin Wall Museum which is an interesting visit. Would definitely recommend, lovely river view

Hotel style and look fantastic. Reception staff out of 4 spoken to, 3 very unaware of the basics of what the room has and basic service standards. On looks a great place to stay, otherwise service not amazing. Also bathroom bin overflowing with rubbish when first checked into room.
