We had a great stay at the hotel overall—accommodation staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. However, the experience with the restaurant staff, especially during breakfast, was disappointing. From the beginning, it felt like we were being ignored. The lady at the billing counter saw us, said she would bring water immediately, and then never followed through. We repeatedly had to call someone else just to place an order or get basic service like water. On one occasion, I ordered a breakfast item along with a cappuccino and chai—neither of the drinks ever arrived. When I expressed my disappointment while settling the bill, I was met with a cold, indifferent response and no apology at all. The entire experience made us feel unwelcome and even looked down upon, possibly due to our appearance—at least that’s how it felt. It's unfortunate, as it strongly contrasted with the otherwise excellent service provided by the rest of the hotel staff.

I spent my birthday weekend here and had the ABSOLUTE BEST TIME! Everyone is absolutely lovely who works there, the dining/room service options are fantastic, rooms and spaces are absolutely stunning. I could get a car anywhere I was planning to go no trouble. The area is extremely clean, beautiful, and full of amazing shops! 10/10

Hoxton delivers each time

With the Hoxton there's an expectation of good service, nice décor, a nice bar etc. and in Berlin it delivered on all this and more. The Indian restaurant onsite was a treat. We reserved a 'biggie' room as we were there for a few days for a special occasion. The room was accessible and had an odd triangular shape with the table and chairs in the corner - the manager was very accommodating and offered to switch us to another room when they have availability the next day. They could pay some more attention to the little details - there was hardly anywhere to put our toiletries in the bathroom, the walls had marks in a number of places (worth a fresh lick of paint), and the coffee area by the door could do with a light so you can see what you're doing. But overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely return.

Don't look anymore and stay here, it is a beautiful hotel with many choices for eating, shopping, transportation and close to many attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable bed. The customer service was 5 stars, the hotel's restaurant offers delicious food and wonderful service. I was impressed how everyone who works there are extremely polite and ready to help. I would love to stay here again. Thank you everyone for your incredible service.
